PPC Services means pay per click services and products such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Bing that ROI may manage on behalf of the Customer the Terms of which are governed by the PPC Terms attached hereto (Attachment A).

Examples of PPC Services in a sentence

  • It is Advertiser’s sole and exclusive responsibility to maintain the telephone number(s) and underlying telephone service(s) that Advertiser designates to Publisher for use with the PPC Services.

  • PWD will produce the chosen services to the specifications contained in the Scope (herein referred to as “the Services’) our services offered include: • Graphic Design / Web Design; • Website Development; • Search Engine Optimisation; • Content Writing; • iPhone App Design and Development; • Google Ads / PPC Services • Conversion Tracking; • Domain Name Acquisition; • Hosting; • Technical Support; • Training; • Consultancy.

  • Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by Publisher, (a) THERE IS NO CEILING OR OTHER LIMITATION UPON THE NUMBER OF QUALIFIED CALLS FOR WHICH AN ADVERTISER MAY BE CHARGED in a particular billing period; and (b) Publisher and Suppliers shall not be liable for any invalid or fraudulent call activity or any activity of any caller in connection with PPC Services, whether or not such activity results in a billable call.

  • Because your PPC Services are managed and allocated at Network Solutions' discretion based upon an optimization strategy matching your business, you may not see your Advertisement appear on certain advertising networks or search engines at all times and your results may vary.

  • Customer agrees to provide via email to Network Solutions approval of the keyword phrases list for the PPC Services.

  • Further, to the extent any Distribution Costs and Expenses, including without limitation PPC Services are incurred with respect to multiple pictures one or more of which is also a Picture (“Multi-Project Distribution Costs and Expenses”), such Multi-Project Distribution Costs and Expenses may be allocated to a Picture if such Distribution Costs and Expense was directly related to such Picture.

  • You expressly understand that since these sales calls may be recorded you will seek out and receive express written authorization to record these calls from your employees prior to enabling the Sales Call Recording Feature of the PPC Services.

  • To the extent that any services, personnel, materials or facilities are provided to or for a Picture by PPC or any affiliate thereof, or Viacom or any affiliate thereof (collectively “PPC Services”), all such PPC Services shall be charged at the lower of the then existing PPC rate for such PPC Services or at a rate not to exceed the rate at which such PPC Services could be obtained from an unaffiliated third party providing such services, personnel, materials or facilities.

  • Except as otherwise specified, the Price Per Call shall be in addition to any subscription amounts applicable to the PPC Services.

  • Due to the volume of search terms/keywords generated through the Advertising Services such as PPC Services, Network Solutions will not perform trademark searches on search terms/keywords that it recommends.
