Specific instructions are to be issued to the Lessee’s production manager to have cast and crew use the Loading Dock Entrance (see attachment #3) on the North side of the PPAC for all rehearsals and performances.
The Lessee understands and acknowledges that the Lessee has no rights whatsoever to enter or use the areas in the PPAC comprising the administration offices of the PPAC, the TD’s Office, the mechanical rooms or any other areas except those which are determined and agreed upon in writing prior to, or during, the Pre-Event Planning Meeting.
The MSDPT has an exclusive food service agreement with Chartwells to provide all concession and catering services for PPAC events with proceeds benefiting the MSDPT.
The Lessee also understands that the TD may request the removal of a person from the PPAC at any time.
