PPA/PSA means Power Purchase Agreement/Power Sale Agreement, entered between AAI and successful bidder, for supply of power;

Examples of PPA/PSA in a sentence

  • In the event of termination of PPA/PSA, any damages or charges payable to the STU/ CTU, for the connectivity of the plant, shall be borne by the entity due to whose failure, the termination was triggered.

  • In the event of termination of PPA/PSA, on account of Event of Default by the SECI/Buying Entity, any damages or charges payable to the STU/ CTU, for the connectivity of the plant, shall be borne by SECI/Buying Entity.
