PPA Performance Indicators definition
PPA Performance Indicators means the targets and the indicators set forth in a PPA to be fulfilled by the Service Provider as conditions of sustainability of a Subproject for the final payment of the Unit Cost of Outputs.

For the purposes of Parts 1 and 2 of the Project, the Borrower shall, through SSE, monitor the implementation of the Subprojects, the delivery of the Outputs and compliance with the PPA Performance Indicators, on a periodic basis, all under terms acceptable to the Bank.
