  • The Contractors further agree to consult with each other and to take reasonable steps to achieve the most practical and economically advantageous working practices in order to ensure the uninterrupted provision of the PP Works and PP Services by the Private Party and to enable the ICT Service Provider to provide the ICT Works and ICT Services required of it under the ICT Agreement.

  • You agree to subscribe to all of the PP Services for 24 consecutive months (the "Term"), beginning of the date this signed Agreement is received and processed by MP&W (the "Acceptance Date").

  • Each Contractor will be required to adhere to the Co-ordinated Programme provided that any adjustments to the Co-ordinated Programme may only be required to the extent that it does not cause a delay to the Scheduled Completion Date (as such term is defined in the PPP Agreement) or increase the costs of the Private Party and/or the Works [and/or the PP Services.

  • EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO PAY AN EARLY TERMINATION FEE ("ETF") If you disconnect any of the PP Services for any reason before the expiration of the Term, the ETF will be reduced by the amount listed below for each complete month that you maintain and pay for the PP Services during the Term.

  • Upon the expiration of the Term, or your termination of any of the PP Services subject to this Agreement, or MP&W’s termination of this Agreement, the rates for any PP Services that you continue to receive will automatically increase to MP&W’s then-current month-to-month, non-promotional rates for such services.

  • You are responsible for the prorated portion of the monthly recurring fees for the PP Services and all other charges and fees incurred prior to termination of this Agreement or your termination of any PP Service(s).

  • During the Term, MP&W agrees to maintain the current pricing structure for the monthly recurring service fees in effect on the Acceptance Date for the PP Services ("the PP").

  • You will not be charged an ETF if you terminate this Agreement, or terminate any of the PP Service(s) at any time during the Term for one of the following reasons: (i) your residence is converted to a MPW bulk property account; (ii) you move outside of the MP&W service area and close your account, (iii) move in with an existing MP&W communications customer, (iv) or are deceased.

  • Additionally, you will not be charged an ETF if you move within the local MP&W service area and maintain the PP Services.

  • In providing its ▇▇▇▇ up of the drawings, the ICT Service Provider shall have due regard to the PP Services which may be impacted on by any suggested changes by the ICT Service Provider.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
