Scheme of Delegation means an instrument by the Directors delegating such powers and responsibilities of the Directors as may be appropriate for them to delegate to the Local Governing Bodies consistently with the Objects;
Convocation means the Convocation of the University.
Joint Powers Agreement means that certain Joint Powers Agreement dated June 27, 2017, as amended from time to time, under which Buyer is organized as a Joint Powers Authority in accordance with the Joint Powers Act.
Corporations Regulations means the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth).
and under common control with") shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such Person, whether through the ownership of voting securities or by contract or otherwise.
Maintenance Supervisor (Tradesperson) means an employee who has trade qualifications and has overall responsibility for maintenance at the place of employment and may be required to supervise other maintenance staff.
Fondling means the touching of the private body parts of another person for the purpose of sexual gratification, without the consent of the victim, including instances where the victim is incapable of giving consent because of his/her age or because of his/her temporary or permanent mental incapacity.
Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
Emergency management means lessening the effects of, preparations for, operations during, and recovery from natural, technological or human-caused disasters. These actions are broad in scope and include, but are not limited to: disaster plans, mitigation, preparedness, response, warning, emergency operations, training, exercising, research, rehabilitation, and recovery activities.
General education means the compulsory school attendance phase as referred to in section 3 of the South African Schools Act, 1996 (Act No. 84 of 1996); and
Skills training means systematic skill building through curriculum-based psychoeducational and cognitive-behavioral interventions. These interventions break down complex objectives for role performance into simpler components, including basic cognitive skills such as attention, to facilitate learning and competency.
Manuals means the manuals and other documents that may be supplied to the Contractor by Land Bank on or around the Signature Date, or as soon thereafter as may be practicable, and which Manuals contain, inter alia, information and/or data relating to or in connection with the Land Bank Policies;
Oversight means the term as it is defined in the Stewardship Agreement between CDOT and the FHWA.
Blasting means changing the level or grade of land or rendering, tearing, demolishing, moving, or removing earth, rock, buildings, structures, or other masses or materials by seismic blasting or the detonation of dynamite or any other explosive agent.
Coasting has the meaning given by regulations under subsection (3) of section 60B of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 in relation to a school to which that section applies.
risk management means coordinated activities to direct and control an organization with regard to risk.
Truancy means any absence of part or all of one or more days from school during which the school attendance officer, prin- cipal or teacher has not been notified of the legal cause of such absence by the parent or guardian of the absent pupil, and also means intermittent attendance carried on for the purpose of defeating the intent of s. 118.15.
Processes means, with respect to a loan, any of a series of acts or functions,
Education means planned and organized activity by a consultant to impart information to employers and employees to enable them to establish and maintain employment and a place of employment that are safe and healthful.
Crew means the Master, officers and ratings of the numbers, rank and nationality specified in Annex “B” attached hereto.

Management means an activity inclusive of control and performed on a daily basis, by any person who is a principal executive officer of the company, by whatever name that person may be designated, and whether or not that person is a director.
Skills means the ability to apply knowledge and use know-how to complete tasks and solve problems. In the context of the European Qualifications Framework, skills are described as cognitive (involving the use of logical, intuitive and creative thinking) or practical (involving manual dexterity and the use of methods, materials, tools and instruments);
Paraprofessional means a person who does not have an academic degree related to the scope of treatment or support services being provided but performs prescribed functions under the general supervision of that discipline.
Procurement Management means the Director of Lee County’s Procurement Management Department or designee.
Limited lines insurance means any of the following:
