Power Wing definition

Power Wing means the division of WAPDA responsible for the construction and operation of power generation, transmission and distribution facilities throughout the territory of the Borrower, with the exception of the Karachi area.
Power Wing means the division of the Borrower responsible for the construction and operation of power generation, transmission and distribution facilities throughout the territory of the Guarantor, with the exception of the Karachi area.
