POWER ON DEMAND definition

POWER ON DEMAND means the requirement of the Buying Entity to charge and discharge the BESS based on its requirements during the time of day, subject to provisions of the RfS and BESPA.
POWER ON DEMAND or “POD” means a Power Session 12 month Subscription license that can be used for an unlimited number of Sessions for the number of hours purchased as specified on the Order. Total elapsed time of each Session is counted towards the hours purchased. Any unused hours are forfeited at the expiration of the 12 month Subscription license term.
POWER ON DEMAND or “POD” means a Limited Term Power Session license that can be used for an unlimited number of Sessions for the number of hours purchased as specified in the LSDA. Total elapsed time of each Session is counted towards the hours purchased. Any unused hours are forfeited at the expiration of the Limited Term License.

  • on demand means a system where a user, subscriber or viewer is enabled to access, at a time chosen by such user, any content in electronic form, which is transmitted over a computer resource and is selected by the user;
