Power Generation Unit definition

Power Generation Unit means a group of equipment converting mechanical or renewable energy into a rated capacity of electric energy (electricity) as per design standards.
Power Generation Unit means a complete set of elec- tric generating equipment, as defined in s. 196.52 (9) (a) 1., that, collectively, is sufficient to generate electric power.
Power Generation Unit or ‘PGU’ means an aggregation of components converting a primary source of energy into electricity at the terminals of the PGU.
