POWER CONTRACTOR definition
POWER CONTRACTOR means, collectively, Rolls-Royce Power Ventures Limited, Operations d'Energie de Morila and Rolls-Royce plc or such other company (or companies) as may be appointed to supply power to the Mine in compliance with the proviso to Clause 9.1.
POWER CONTRACTOR means, collectively, the suppliers of equipment, services and financing under the Power Contract or such other company (or companies) as may be appointed in connection with the supply of power to the Mine in compliance with the proviso to Clause 11.1.15.
