Power Commit definition
Power Commit means the limit that has been set for Customer’s use of electrical power, as specified in the Order Form, measured in kilowatt (kW). Qualified Staff means persons appointed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, who will have access to the Housing Space, which persons are to be identified on a white list, to be provided by Customer to Evoswitch. Quote means any offer, quote, proposal and/or tender-bid made by Evoswitch. Receiving Party means the Party that receives – or is granted access to – Confidential Information by the Disclosing Party, as referred to in Clause 20. Services means the Colocation Service and the Additional Services to be provided by Evoswitch to Customer.
