Power Circuit definition

Power Circuit means either a Primary or redundant (B-Side) electrical wiring for distribution of power to the rack.

  • If at any time Customer exceeds the Power Circuit Threshold, Cologix reserves the right (at any time thereafter) to send a written notice to Customer of such excessive use (each, a “Power Notice”) and Customer shall have a period of ten (10) days from receipt of such Power Notice to reduce Customer’s power draw below the Power Circuit Threshold.

  • To the extent Customer orders power from Cologix on a per circuit basis (as opposed to a kW basis pursuant to clause (d) below or a metered amp per circuit basis pursuant to clause (e) below) as set forth in the applicable Service Order, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer shall not be permitted to draw power on any such circuit in excess of the Power Circuit Threshold, as measured by Cologix.

  • In the event any Redundant ▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Power Failure occurs on any particular day, then, with respect to the Redundant UPS Power Circuit that is the subject of the Redundant UPS-Level 1 Power Failure, Customer’s pro rata Monthly License Fees for the affected Individual Space for that particular day shall be partially abated by the Daily Circuit Abatement Amount (as defined below).

  • Materials: Contractor to supply all materials (concrete, rebar, anchor bolts, etc.) TM2.71.00 115kV & Above Reinforced Concrete Foundation Standards TM2.71.07 115kV IPO Power Circuit Breaker Price shall include the cost of foundation(s) applicable to the TM noted in the Standards column.

  • In the event any Redundant ▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Power Failure occurs on any particular day (a “Redundant UPS-Level 2 Power Failure Day”), then, with respect the Redundant UPS Power Circuit that is the subject of the Redundant UPS-Level 2 Power Failure, Customer’s pro rata Monthly License Fees for the affected Individual Space for the particular calendar week in which the Redundant UPS-Level 2 Power Failure Day occurs shall be partially abated by the Weekly Circuit Abatement Amount (as defined below).

  • A Redundant UPS Power Circuit" is defined as an A Circuit together with its corresponding B Circuit (not including any panel redundant circuits).

  • UPS- Level 1 Power Failure occurs on any particular day, then, with respect to the Redundant UPS Power Circuit that is the subject of the Redundant UPS-Level 1 Power Failure, Licensee's pro rata Monthly License Fees for the affected Individual Space for that particular day shall be partially abated by the Daily Circuit Abatement Amount (as defined below).

  • In the event any Redundant UPS- Level 2 Power Failure occurs on any particular day (a "Redundant UPS-Level 2 Power Failure Day"), then, with respect to the Redundant UPS Power Circuit that is the subject of the Redundant UPS-Level 2 Power Failure, Licensee's pro rata Monthly License Fees for the affected Individual Space for the particular calendar week in which the Redundant UPS-Level 2 Power Failure Day occurs shall be partially abated by the Weekly Circuit Abatement Amount (as defined below).

  • To the extent that the utility rates charged to Sentinel by a third party increase on a year-over-year basis, Sentinel shall have the right to increase Power Circuit Costs on an annual basis in an amount equal to the percentage increase in such utility rates.

  • The Secure Cage option includes the amount of Space defined in the Schedule and: (i) perimeter metal fence with an access door; (ii) security by lock and key, managed by SunGard; (iii) one (1) Standard Power Circuit per twenty-five (25) square feet of Space defined for the Secure Cage option in the Schedule; and (iv) five (5) hours of Operational Support Services (as defined herein) per month.

  • integrated circuit means a product, in its final or an intermediate form, in which the elements, at least one of which is an active element, and some or all of the interconnections are integrally formed in and on, or in or on, a piece of material and which is intended to perform an electronic function;

  • Electrical circuit means an assembly of connected live parts which is designed to be electrically energized in normal operation.

  • Fiber means a glass strand or strands which is/are protected by a color coded buffer tube and which is/are used to transmit a communication signal along the glass strand in the form of pulses of light.

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Subsystem means any subset of the System identified as such in the Contract that may be supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned individually before Commissioning of the entire System.
