Definition of Power Block

  1. Power Block means each of the four power blocks at the Gila River Power Station, each of which includes two (2) General Electric 7FA combustion turbines, two (2) Alstom HRSGs and one (1) General Electric D11 steam turbine, and ancillary equipment exclusivelyserving each such power block; and "Power Blocks" mean all four such power blocks collectively.
