Potential System Availability means the amount of time that a component of the System should be available in a Coverage Period. The Potential System
Potential System Availability means the amount of time that the WalkMe Player or WalkMe Editor should each be available in a Coverage Period. The Potential System Availability is calculated in minutes and equal to: (number of days in the month) x (24 hours) x (60 minutes) – (minutes of Excused Downtime).
