Potential Financing definition

Potential Financing any equity or debt financing of the SPAC incurred following the date hereof in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including Section 7.02(a).
Potential Financing means any financings, through either the issuance of equity or debt, that Cannus may decide, in its sole discretion, to complete.

  • Additional Financing means the sale by the Company of additional Units as contemplated by the registration statement on Form SB-2 filed by the Company with the SEC on September 13, 2006, as amended from time to time thereafter.
