Potential Expansion definition

Potential Expansion has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(d) hereof.

Examples of Potential Expansion in a sentence

  • The portion of the Potential Expansion Area added to the Premises by exercise of the Expansion Option shall herein be referred to as the “Expansion Premises”.

  • Tenant's first right of negotiation for the Potential Expansion Space is personal to Tenant and may not be exercised or assigned (except pursuant to a Permitted Transfer), voluntarily or involuntarily, by or to any person or entity other than Tenant or a Permitted Transferee, without Landlord's prior written consent, which Landlord may withhold in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, upon request by the Buyer, the Sellers shall support in writing and otherwise reasonably cooperate with the Buyer to assist the Buyer in the obtaining of, any other authorizations or other Permits, excluding any franchise, from any Governmental Authority, sought by the Buyer in the Existing Service Territory or the Potential Expansion Service Territory.

  • Tenant's first right of negotiation for the Potential Expansion Space is personal to Tenant and may not be exercised, voluntarily or involuntarily, by or to any person or entity other than Tenant.
