Posting Information definition

Posting Information as used herein shall mean any post-buy analysis, posting information, post-campaign delivery reports, attendance reports, or other proof of performance. Advertiser will only disclose Posting Information to its Representatives that have a need to know and who are subject to a confidentiality obligation at least as restrictive as this Agreement. Advertiser will only disclose the Posting Information, in whole or in part, to a third party with the express, prior written consent of NCM and provided such third party is subject to a confidentiality obligation at least as restrictive as this Agreement. If Advertiser is an agency signing on behalf of another advertising party, Advertiser will ensure that such advertising party complies with the terms of this Agreement.

Posting Information means information about the manner of placing Posters required in order to comply with applicable federal and state regulations. Posting Information may be supplied in either tangible or electronic form.

  • Listing Information means an Onvoy Customer’s primary name, address (including city, state and zip code), telephone number(s), the delivery address and number of directories to be delivered, and, in the case of a business Customer, the primary business heading under which the business Customer desires to be placed, and any other information Frontier deems necessary for the publication and delivery of directories.

  • Rating Information means any information provided for the purpose of determining the initial credit rating for the Notes or undertaking credit rating surveillance on the Notes (as contemplated by paragraph (a)(3)(iii)(C) of Rule 17g-5).

  • Supporting information means the experience and judgment of the filer and the experience or data of other insurers or advisory organizations relied upon by the filer, the interpretation of any other data relied upon by the filer, descriptions of methods used in making the rates, and any other information required by the commissioner to be filed.
