Posted Position is a vacancy filled through the bulletin or posting process provided for in Article "Permanent Employee" subject to probation provisions, "permanent employees" shall be defined as an employee holding a position which has been bulletined as a permanent position. "Part-time Employee" shall be as an employee who occupies a permanent part-time position, or who is either on an availability list or a call-in list, and who is subject to the required probationary period.
