  • Designated Date means September 30, 2006.

  • Appointed Date means the date declared by the Authority as the project commencement date with the consent of the contractor, as per the process prescribed in Article 3 and 8 of this Agreement;

  • VWAP Trading Day means a day on which (A) there is no VWAP Market Disruption Event; and (B) trading in the Common Stock generally occurs on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange, on the principal other market on which the Common Stock is then traded.   • Trading Day means a day on which the principal Trading Market is open for trading.

  • Settlement Date means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, the date on which such Called Principal is to be prepaid pursuant to Section 8.2 or has become or is declared to be immediately due and payable pursuant to Section 12.1, as the context requires.

  • Index Business Day means, in respect of an Index, any day on which the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.

  • Valuation Date means each Local Business Day.

  • Computation Date is defined in Section 2.04.
