Posted Collateral Value definition
Posted Collateral Value means, on any day, the sum of (i) the balance standing to the credit of the Financial Collateral Cash Account with the Collateral Interest Amount accrued up to but excluding such day in accordance with the Financial Collateral Agreement and (ii) the market value at close of business on the immediately preceding business day of the Posted Collateral comprising of securities.
Posted Collateral Value means, on any day, the balance standing to the credit of the Financial Cash Collateral Ledger with accrued interest at the close of business of such day.
