Postal parcels means any parcel, box or bag, or things that are not handled as letters, used for the purpose of transporting and distributing commodities;

  • Postal parcels must not contain any letter, note or document having the character of current and personal correspondence as well as correspondence of any kind bearing an address other than that of the addressee of the parcel or of persons living with him.
