Postage Meter definition

Postage Meter means any device or mechanism, and the component parts thereof, which prints, registers and cancels pre-paid postage on mail matter;

  • Furthermore, upon the return of the Postage Meter, You hereby authorize Us to offset any amount of postage remaining in the Postage Meter, prior to any refund to You, against any amount due to Us or any of Our affiliates.

  • You acknowledge that You have entered a Postage Meter Rental Agreement with Neopost USA Inc.

  • You hereby authorize Us, to establish an account in Your name (“Account”) for funding the purchase of postage from the United State Postal Service (“USPS”) for use in the Postage Meter.
