Post-Split Common Stock definition

Post-Split Common Stock means the Common Stock of the Company after giving effect to the Reverse Stock Split.
Post-Split Common Stock means the Old Redback Common Stock after giving effect to the Reverse Stock Split.
Post-Split Common Stock means the common stock of the Company, par value $.001 per share, authorized and issued under the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation.
