Post-Off definition
Post-Off means a reduction in the price regularly charged by wholesalers, as published to the trade, which is sold by wholesalers to licensed retailers.
Post-Off means any temporary discount (irrespective of its denomination by the supplier) a supplier gives to a distributor which relates to a specific brand, class and type of wine or size thereof and which bears no relationship to the amount or quantity of wine purchased by the distributor from the supplier.
