Post-Installation Inspection definition
Post-Installation Inspection means an inspection of the Project which satisfies the requirements described in 1.5(c)(i) and Exhibit B.
Post-Installation Inspection means the inspection by the City or in combination with Licensee to verify that the Attachment(s), Accessory Equipment, Ground Equipment and/or Licensee Pole have been made and/or placed in accordance with Applicable Standards and the Permit.
Post-Installation Inspection shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

Unless otherwise waived in writing by City, as part of the Permit Application process and at Licensee’s sole expense, an Approved Contractor or Approved Employee, must participate in the Pre-Construction Survey, conduct the Post-Installation Inspection, and certify that the Licensee Facilities and Licensee Pole can be and were Collocated on the specific Pole and/or location in the Right-of-Way, in compliance with the Applicable Standards, Laws, and in accordance with the Permit.
