Post-Installation Inspection definition

Post-Installation Inspection means an inspection of the Project which satisfies the requirements described in 1.5(c)(i) and Exhibit B.
Post-Installation Inspection means the inspection by the City or in combination with Licensee to verify that the Attachment(s), Accessory Equipment, Ground Equipment and/or Licensee Pole have been made and/or placed in accordance with Applicable Standards and the Permit.
Post-Installation Inspection shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Unless otherwise waived in writing by City, as part of the Permit Application process and at Licensee’s sole expense, an Approved Contractor or Approved Employee, must participate in the Pre-Construction Survey, conduct the Post-Installation Inspection, and certify that the Licensee Facilities and Licensee Pole can be and were Collocated on the specific Pole and/or location in the Right-of-Way, in compliance with the Applicable Standards, Laws, and in accordance with the Permit.
