Post Completion Works definition

Post Completion Works means the satisfaction of the relevant tests set out in Part 2A of Schedule 3 (Initial Availability Requirements); means the same date as the Houseblock Longstop Date; means those parts of the Works to be completed after the Contractual Opening Date in accordance with the Construction Programme;
