  • Sub-hubco shall ensure that the Authority's Representative is provided with all the information he may reasonably require in relation to Sub-hubco's Post-Completion Commissioning and the Authority shall ensure that Sub-hubco is provided with all information Sub-hubco may reasonably require in relation to the Authority's Post Completion Commissioning.

  • Following the issue of a Snagging Notice, Project Co shall, in consultation with the Authority's Representative and in such manner as to cause as little disruption as reasonably practicable to the Authority's Post Completion Commissioning and the Authority's use of the Facilities, rectify all Snagging Matters within [ ] Business Days of the issue of the Snagging Notice.

Related to Post Completion Commissioning

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.

The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a document:

  • Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.
