  • The Purchaser/Allottee, after taking possession, agree(s) to pay the maintenance charges (as provided on Fifth Schedule below) as determined by the Vendor/association of Purchaser/Allottees, as the case may be from the date of the issuance of the completion certificate for the Project or from the date of issuance of the Possession Certificate to the purchaser/allottees.
