POSOR definition

POSOR means Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation. “POSOR Board of Directors” means the board of directors of POSOR. “Private Offering” means the private offering of Common Shares made pursuant to the Company’s private offering of up to $500 million of Common Shares in the primary offering, and $50 million of Common Shares through the distribution reinvestment plan, which commenced on September 9, 2022 and terminated on April 2, 2024. “Property” or “Properties” means any real property or properties transferred or conveyed to the Company or the Partnership, either directly or indirectly, or any real property acquired, transferred or conveyed to a Joint Venture in which the Company is, directly or indirectly, a co-venturer. “Property Manager” means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out property- management services at one or more of the Properties. “Public NAV REIT Conversion” means conversion of the Company to a publicly-offered perpetual life NAV REIT. “REIT” means a “real estate investment trust” under Sections 856 through 860 of the Code. “Residential Assets” means Single Family Rental Properties and Single Family Housing Interests.
