Position Request means Citizens’ formal written notification to Vendor requesting that it provides Candidates who meet the minimum requirements and ideal experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Position. Other pertinent information will also be included such as compensation range and Total Rewards Offerings.

"Proprietary Information" means all information that has been created, discovered, developed or otherwise become known to ETF or any of its related entities, (including, without limitation, information created discovered, developed or made known to me or by me during my association with State of Wisconsin). Related to Position Request

  • Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.
