POS Systems has the meaning set forth in SECTION 6.8.

Examples of POS Systems in a sentence

  • FRANCHISOR has the right, but not the obligation, to establish requirements and criteria for POS Systems and communications equipment and systems to be used by Franchisee.

  • FRANCHISOR may at any time prescribe a POS System for use in the Territory so long as (i) such POS System is at least equivalent in functionality to the POS System currently in use in the Territory and (ii) the cost of such POS System is equivalent to or less than comparable POS Systems available in the Territory from third parties.

  • The number of New POS Systems which are installed more than two weeks later than the scheduled date of installation will be divided by the total number of New POS Systems scheduled during that month.

  • Upon any termination hereof, Q Comm shall (a) immediately cease use and return any inventory of PreCash-related marketing collateral to PreCash, (b) allow PreCash to remove PreCash's software application from Q Comm's POS Systems, and (c) inform its processor that it no longer processes PreCash Transactions.

  • RS' scheduled maintenance of POS Systems for the Entertainment Segment and MF's scheduled maintenance of the MovieFone Systems will occur during non-peak times.
