POS Receipt. A document serving as proof of the transaction, provided to the cardholder by the merchant upon completion of a purchase, refund, or any other transaction, in accordance with the specifications determined by the relevant bank (the Merchant’s Bank) regarding Point of Sale (POS) transactions under the Saudi Payments Network. • POS Device/Application: Hardware or software installed at the Merchant’s location to facilitate POS transactions.
