POS Program definition

POS Program means the commercial point of service plan (sometimes referred to as a coordinated care program or gatekeeper preferred provider organization) offered by CHL (and administered by HealthAssurance) to employers, unions or other purchasers of group insurance; provided, however, POS Program does not include any self-insured point of service plans.
