POS Contracts definition

POS Contracts means the agreements set forth on Schedule 11.16 hereto.

Examples of POS Contracts in a sentence

  • No such amendment shall be effective to the extent that it applies to less than all of the holders of the Shares then outstanding.

  • Except as set forth on Schedule 5.14, all of POS Contracts are valid and in full force and effect and there are no existing defaults, or events which with the passage of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute defaults by POS, or to the knowledge of POS, by any other party to any POS Contract.
