Portfolio Size definition

Portfolio Size means an amount equal to the sum of the Reference Entity Notional Amount with respect all Reference Entities in the Reference Portfolio as of the Issue Date.
Portfolio Size shall have the meaning given to it in Section 3.2(a).
Portfolio Size means, at any time with respect to a Reference Portfolio, the sum of the Credit Positions of all Long Reference Entities (as such term is defined in the Management Criteria Annex) in such Reference Portfolio minus the sum of the Credit Positions in respect of Long Reference Entities that are either (i) Non-Determined Reference Entities or (ii) Triggered Reference Entities, in each case, in such Reference Portfolio.
