In addition, the Collection Agent shall transmit a copy of each such Portfolio Report to the Administrative Agent and, upon request, each Funding Agent by facsimile (certified by a Financial Officer of the Collection Agent or such other employee of the Collection Agent as shall have primary responsibility for the preparation of such report and shall have been authorized to certify Portfolio Reports hereunder by a Financial Officer).
