Portfolio Profit definition

Portfolio Profit means Revenue from, minus Monetization Expenses of, a Portfolio Monetization.

  • Any tax credits of the Company for any fiscal year or other accounting period shall be allocated to the Members in proportion to their allocations of the Company's Net Portfolio Profit or Loss, as the case may be, for such fiscal year or other accounting period.
