Portfolio LTV definition

Portfolio LTV means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the (i) Loans, (ii) any loans or credits being senior to a Loan in relation any Real Estate and (iii) any loans and credits ranking pari passu to a Loan in relation any Real Estate as a percentage of the Market Value;
Portfolio LTV means, as of any date of determination, the ratio (expressed as a percentage rounded up to the nearest whole number) of (a) the aggregate amount of Advances Outstanding for all Term Loan Series as of such date to (b) the most recent Total Portfolio Value as of such date.

More Definitions of Portfolio LTV

Portfolio LTV means, as of any date of determination, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of (a) the outstanding principal balance of the Loans as of such date to (b) the value of the Projects as of such date, as determined by the Administrative Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) in accordance with the Administrative Agent's customary underwriting practices in effect at the time of such determination for assets of a similar nature to the Projects.
Portfolio LTV means, as of any date of determination, the ratio (expressed as a percentage rounded down to the nearest whole number) of (a) the aggregate amount of Advances Outstanding as of such date less the amount of any capital contributions received by the Borrower and deposited in the Collection Account since (but not including) the last occurring Payment Date (it being understood that any such capital contributions so contributed will be deemed to be Principal Collections and may not be withdrawn from the Collection Account other than pursuant to Section 2.08) to (b) the most recent Total Portfolio Value as of such date.
