Portfolio Facility definition

Portfolio Facility means any Financial Indebtedness incurred by a Portfolio Company for the purpose of financing or refinancing an Investment or part of an Investment.
Portfolio Facility means the ANZ Portfolio Facility described in the Letter of Offer.
Portfolio Facility means that portion of the Credit Facility which is to be used for the purposes listed in Section 2.1(b).

Examples of Portfolio Facility in a sentence

  • The Corporate Facility shall be evidenced by the Corporate Facility Notes, and the Portfolio Facility shall be evidenced by the Portfolio Facility Notes.

  • Except in relation to an existing customer, for any NAB Flexiplus Mortgage, NAB Home Equity Line of Credit or NAB Portfolio Facility, the commission paid, exclusive of GST, will be 0.

  • If the outstanding principal balance of the Portfolio Facility ever exceeds the lesser of (i) the Available Commitment of the Portfolio Facility or (ii) the Borrowing Base, Borrowers shall make a mandatory prepayment on the principal amount of the Portfolio Facility in at least the amount of such excess together with any Consequential Loss arising as a result thereof.

  • Each Lender shall receive an originally executed Corporate Facility Note and a Portfolio Facility Note in an amount equal to such Lender's Loan Amount of the Corporate Facility and the Portfolio Facility, respectively.

  • If at the time of any mandatory prepayment of the Corporate Facility required pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence there are no outstanding Corporate Facility Advances, then the required mandatory prepayment shall be applied against the principal balance of the Portfolio Facility.

  • Each Borrower will use the proceeds of the Corporate Facility and the Portfolio Facility for the purposes stated in Section 2.1 hereof.
