Portable Computer Device means a relatively lightweight, compact and battery powered Computer Device designed to be portable, and primarily used by a single individual user at a time, such as a laptop computer, smart phone, tablet, personal digital assistant (PDA) or other hand held or otherwise compact portable computing device but specifically excludes Site Servers, workstations, desktop computers, or terminals;
