Port Reading Terminal definition
Port Reading Terminal means the Terminal located in Port Reading, New Jersey, including the Port Reading Refinery. “Post-Closing Period” shall mean all taxable years or other taxable periods that begin on or after the Closing Date and, with respect to any taxable year or other taxable period beginning before and ending on or after the Closing Date, the portion of such taxable year or period beginning on the Closing Date.
