Pornographic materials definition
Pornographic materials means adult or pornographic material the sale or rental of which is inconsistent with the standards in effect as of the date of the Agreement of Blockbuster Video and Blockbuster Music.
Pornographic materials means sexual devices or books, magazines, periodicals or other printed matter, photographs, films, motion pictures, video presentations, computer-generated images or pictures, slides or other visual representations, whether made or produced by electronic, mechanical or other means, which depict, describe or simulate sexually explicit conduct or nudity.
