New employees, defined as those not previously covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Poplar Bluff, Municipal Utilities and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union No. 702, shall be considered as probationary employees for the first ninety (90) days of employment, during which time he/she may be terminated without recourse by the Union.
