  • POP retains exclusive ownership over Casting Photos and in connection with the Casting Photos, Artist hereby grants POP a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use Artist’s image and likeness, as included in the Casting Photos in any media in perpetuity for the purpose of providing the POP Services, and/or for the promotion of POP, and agrees that such use by POP will be without condition or obligation to make any payment to Artist.
