Pooling Sub-Station definition

Pooling Sub-Station means a Sub-Station consisting of a step-up transformer and associated switchgear to the Low Voltage (LV) side of which several Wind or Solar Energy Generators are connected:
Pooling Sub-Station means sub-station developed by the Developer for interface with the Receiving Sub-station.
Pooling Sub-Station means a sub-station developed by the developer/ generator pooling of generation from individual turbine is done for interface with receiving sub-station.

  • Inter-State transactions at a Pooling Sub-Station shall be permitted only if the concerned Generator is connected through a separate feeder.

  • The QCA shall undertake de-pooling of the energy deviations and the Deviation Charges against each Generator at the Pooling Sub-Station as specified in Regulation 16.

Pooling Sub-Station means a Sub-station developed by Solar Power Producer for interface with the Receiving Sub-station.
Pooling Sub-Station means a sub-station consisting of a step-up transformer and associated switchgear to the Low Voltage (LV) side of which several Wind or Solar Energy Generators are connected: Provided that, where a Generating Unit is connected through a common or an individual feeder terminating at a Sub-Station of a Distribution Licensee, or the State Transmission Utility, such Sub-Station shall be treated as the Pooling Sub-Station for such Wind or Solar Energy Generator for the purposes of these Regulations;
Pooling Sub-Station means the sub-station at project site of the solar PV power plant and shall constitute step-up transformer and associated switchgear, and to the LV side of which, multiple (more than one) generating unit(s) of solar PV modules/arrays/inverter units are connected.

  • Pooling Substation/ Pooling Point means a point where more than one Project may connect to a common Transmission System. Multiple Projects can be connected to a pooling substation from where common transmission system shall be constructed and maintained by the WPD(s) to get connected to the ISTS substation. The voltage level for such common line shall be 220 kV or above. Further, the metering of the pooled power shall be done at the injection point, i.e. the ISTS substation. However, the voltage level of transmission system of individual projects up to the pooling substation may be at 33 kV and above. Sub-meters shall be installed at the pooling substation for metering and forecasting and scheduling of individual Projects. The losses in the common transmission system up to the injection point shall be apportioned to the individual Projects for the purpose of billing.

  • Pooling Agreement means the Fifth Amended and Restated Pooling Agreement, dated as of June 28, 2004, among Bunge Funding, Inc., Bunge Management Services, Inc., as servicer, and the Master Trust Trustee, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms, subject to Section 3.02(f) hereof.

  • Pooling and Servicing Agreement The pooling and servicing agreement among Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, as depositor, Wells Fargo Xxxx, N.A., as master servicer, the Trustee, and, if appxxxxxle, the Trust Administrator, relating to the issuance of the Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates.

  • Successor Master Servicer The meaning ascribed to such term pursuant to Section 8.02.

  • Pooling means 1) the aggregation of gas from multiple physical and/or logical points to a single physical or logical point, and/or 2) the dis-aggregation of gas from a single physical or logical point to multiple physical and/or logical points.

  • Outside Special Servicer With respect to an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the special servicer under the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement.

  • Combustion turbine means an enclosed fossil or other fuel-fired device that is comprised of a compressor, a combustor, and a turbine, and in which the flue gas resulting from the combustion of fuel in the combustor passes through the turbine, rotating the turbine.

  • Cooling Water means the water discharged from any use such as air conditioning, cooling or refrigeration, or to which the only pollutant added is heat.

  • Master Servicing Agreement means the master servicing agreement entered into on 20 May 2013 between the Guarantor, the Issuer and the Master Servicer.

  • Interim Servicing Agreement The agreement to be entered into by the Purchaser and the Interim Servicer, providing for the Interim Servicer to service the Mortgage Loans as specified by the Interim Servicing Agreement.

  • Other Special Servicer The applicable other “special servicer” under an Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement relating to a Serviced Companion Loan.
