Pooling Service definition

Pooling Service means a service provided by the Company that allows Suppliers to deliver to the Company gas supplies needed to satisfy the usage requirements of the customers of the Supplier’s Pool, all in accordance with the rules established by the Company in this Tariff Sheet and Gas Supply Aggregation/Customer Pooling Agreement.
Pooling Service is a service provided by the Company that allows Suppliers (marketers, Suppliers, brokers, and producers) to deliver to the Company, on an aggregated basis, those natural gas supplies that are needed to satisfy the full firm requirements of the one, or more, firm transportation customers that comprise the membership of the Supplier's "pool", all in accordance with rules that the Company has established regarding delivery requirements, advancing, banking, billing and payments, bonding, Supplier performance requirements, and other similar requirements for participation as a "Supplier" in the Company’s Firm Transportation Service programs.

Examples of Pooling Service in a sentence

  • NGS serving Customers under the Company’s Non-Priority One Pooling Service will not be allocated or assigned any interstate pipeline capacity.

  • NGS or their Customers receiving service under the Company’s Priority One Pooling Service will be assigned Receipt Points and Delivery Points on the interstate pipelines on which they have been assigned FT and allocated FS capacity.

  • Non-Priority One Pooling Service – A pool operator aggregates natural gas supplies needed to satisfy the full requirements of one or more Non-Priority One Transportation Customers of the Company.

  • Customers’ agents shall be allowed to aggregate their customers’ usages for the purposes of balancing, pursuant to the Pooling Service in Section E.

  • Pooling shall consist of the aggregation of the Receipt Point(s) available to customers subject to the Pooling Service Agreement and deliveries made at Delivery Point(s) delivered subject to the Pooling Service Agreement.

Related to Pooling Service

  • Pooling Substation/ Pooling Point means a point where more than one Project may connect to a common Transmission System. Multiple Projects can be connected to a pooling substation from where common transmission system shall be constructed and maintained by the WPD(s) to get connected to the ISTS substation. The voltage level for such common line shall be 220 kV or above. Further, the metering of the pooled power shall be done at the injection point, i.e. the ISTS substation. However, the voltage level of transmission system of individual projects up to the pooling substation may be at 33 kV and above. Sub-meters shall be installed at the pooling substation for metering and forecasting and scheduling of individual Projects. The losses in the common transmission system up to the injection point shall be apportioned to the individual Projects for the purpose of billing.
