The New Pooling Partner wishes to be admitted as a new Pooling Partner pursuant to the Agreement.
By executing this Deed all parties confirm that it is the intention that the New Pooling Partner shall be bound by and entitled to the benefit of the provisions of the Agreement as if it was a party to the Agreement and named in the Agreement as a Pooling Partner.
