Pooled project definition
Pooled project means a project created by the grouping of more than one carbon contract or project.
Pooled project means the Beltway 8 and Hardy Street Project, together with the component facilities pooled with the Beltway 8 and Hardy Street Project pursuant to a resolution adopted by Commissioners Court on September 8, 2001, and such Pooled Project shall constitute the Project for purposes of the Indentures.
