Pooled Amount definition

Pooled Amount means Net Revenues aggregated by UC site cumulatively over time beginning the effective date of this Agreement for all of that UC Site’s Subject Inventions.
Pooled Amount means Net Revenues aggregated by Institution cumulatively over the Term (as defined in Section 7.1 below) for all of that Institution's Subject Inventions.

Examples of Pooled Amount in a sentence

  • University’s obligation to make payments to VA shall commence from the date that the Pooled Amount calculation is positive for a UC Site.

Related to Pooled Amount

  • Funded Amount means, with respect to any Revolving Obligation (excluding a Synthetic Security) or Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation at any time, the aggregate principal amount of advances or other extensions of credit to the extent funded thereunder by the Issuer that are outstanding at such time.

  • Class C Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Class C Initial Invested Amount minus (b) the amount of principal payments made to Class C Noteholders on or prior to such date.

  • Pre-Funded Amount With respect to any date of determination, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • Scheduled Amount means the Day-Ahead Schedule comprised of the quantity (in MWh) of electric energy expected to be produced by the Generating Facility that is scheduled from Seller or Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator to Buyer in a Physical Trade in the IFM.

  • Class Invested Amount means, with respect to any Class for any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Class Initial Investor Interest minus the sum of (a) the aggregate amount of payments of Certificate Principal paid to such Class of Investor Certificateholders, in each case prior to such Distribution Date, (b) the aggregate amount of Investor Losses of such Class not reimbursed prior to such Distribution Date and (c) the aggregate amount of losses of principal on investments of funds on deposit for the benefit of such Class in the Series Principal Funding Account, if applicable.
