Pool Parties definition

Pool Parties. For parties over 8 guests, $25.00 per hour, per lifeguard, for every 20 swimmers, in addition to the $3.00 per guest fee. Guest fees will be charged day of event. Use Parties exceeding 8 guests require 72 hours notice. Use of pool is limited to 20 or fewer swimmers prior to 6:00 P.M. Pool use must end by 10:00 P.M.

  • You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Intermodal Pool Parties harmless from and against any and all Losses arising in any way from your Member Contributions.

  • Pool Parties at Country Pointe ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Clubhouse are prohibited, and only community sponsored pool parties are permitted.

Related to Pool Parties

  • Note Parties means, collectively, the Company and each Guarantor.

  • ABL Secured Parties means the ABL Representative, the ABL Creditors and any other holders of the ABL Obligations.

  • Prepetition Secured Parties means the “Secured Parties” under, and as defined in, the Prepetition Credit Agreement, in each case as amended, modified or supplemented through the Petition Date.
